Sockapalooza 4 Socks

I've been out of town but wanted to post a picture of my finished Sockapalooza socks. These are part of an international sock swap and we will all be mailing our completed socks to our partners on August 3rd. These were great fun to knit and a pattern I will definitely use again.

Pattern: Fluted Bannister Socks by Laura Gallagher

Yarn: Sheeps Gift from Joslyn's Fiber Farm; colorway "Confetti"

Nice socks. I plan to either crochet or loom knit some in the future.

YES!!! A sock knitter and quilter! I have not run into many people who do both. But then again, I am usually stuck at my sewing maching, quilting, or sitting in the car knitting socks. I wish that there was some way to combine the two! I have thought about making up a pattern for quilted socks, but havent had the time. Thank you for sharing both your socks, and your quilts!

I was part of that swap too, just hope Alison is doing one in 2008 too. The socks I knit were almost as much fun as the ones I got.
